The new version of BAS 21 “Grants and subsidies” (Žin., 2011, Nr. 48-2354) was approved by the Order of the Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting on 19th of April 2011.

Approved implementation guidelines of BAS 39 2011-06-17

The implementation guidelines of BAS 39 „Accounting financial statements of Collective Investment Undertakings and Pension Funds“ was approved by the Order of the Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting on 14th of June 2011.

BAS 39 „Accounting financial statements of Collective Investment Undertakings and Pension Funds“ (Žin., 2011, No. 150-7706) was approved by the Order of the Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting on 13th of December 2011. The business accounting standard shall be enter into force on 1st of January 2011.

The new version of BAS 29 “Interim financial statements” (Žin., 2010, No. 120-6159) was approved by the Order of the Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting on 7th of October 2010.

Changed member of Accounting Standards Committee 2010-09-23

By the Order of Minister of Finance on 16th of September 2010 Mrs. Vera Bevziuk was approved as Accounting Standards Committee member to substitute Mrs. Antanina Valiulienė.

Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting approved order No. VAA-40 of 30 July 2010 for changed composition of the Committee of the Auditors’ Qualification Examinations.

Approved an application form for audit firms of Member States of European Union which have no branches established in the Republic of Lithuania for being entered into the list of audit firms 2010-08-11

According to the paragraph 3 of the order No. 1K-455 of 16 December 2009 ”For the approval of the order of registration of the audit firms of Member States which have no branches established in the Republic of Lithuania“ Director of Authority of Audit and Accounting approved an application form for audit firms of Member States of European Union which have no branches established in the Republic of Lithuania for being entered into the list of audit firms.

Revised methodical recommendation of BAS 4 2010-07-27

The methodical recommendation of BAS 4 “Statement of changes in equity” was approved by the Order of the Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting on 23rd of July 2010.
